Sammy loves it when he comes home on the weekends and wants nothing to do with me. I love this pic
Here is Mckay accepting his scholarship. He also made the Deans list again.
McKay is still living in Colorado doing his Pharmacy Rotations and of course loving the challenges they bring. He has loved being able to play a part in the hospital care of his patients, and looks forward to the career he has chosen. He is just finishing up his 8 wk Internal Med rotation at Poudre Valley Hospital and starts his 4wk Infusion rotation also in Fort Collins on Monday. No matter what happens with the delivery of our little guy, his preceptor told him that they will work with him so he can be there for the delivery. The best part is, that after this rotation McKay comes home for his off time for 5 wks then has his next rotation here in Laramie. That’s 9 weeks that the baby and I will get him all to ourselves (At least he will be in Laramie for that time, over being in Colorado).
The weekends we have together are so much fun and we make the very most of them. Again I have to brag about McKay being a great husband. I am impressed of his talent to juggle living in a different state, a pregnant wife and a demanding doctorate program. He impresses me more and more each day. I have to add though that I’m a little disappointed he didn’t gain any sympathy weight with me. Oh well!
